Mitchell, The quiz. I have it that #1 is not an employee. #2 We need know what was the nature and extent of his 1992 employment. #3 Yes Appellant was an employee. #4 Was appellant pref elligable? what was the nature of his three consecutive years of employment? #5 Is appellant pref elligable/ How long was applenant in the excepted service? #6&7 yes appellant is an employee. While reading the quiz and trying to get my head moving in the proper direction, I found "The Book". Reading the section on elligibility from Mr. Broida's book convinced me that the entire subject is hopelessly complicated. Thank you for the chart. ............ john
